A number of users, who had pre booked Jio Phone, are eagerly waiting to get the Reliance 4G feature handset. Many customers want to enquire about the booking status. Now, here are two ways to check the delivery status. The first one is through MyJio app and 2nd by means of IVR number. Here are simple steps so you can know to your order status:-
Through
MyJio app:-
1- Open MyJio app a
2- Tap on the Manage Booking option.
3- After providing your registered phone number and OTP, you’ll get to see the My Vouchers page on the screen
4- As of now, the Status field comes blank, but once deliveries will start, it is likely to show the delivery date. Also, it may show the location of the store from where the Jio Phone can be picked up, according to a report in NDTV.
By means of IVR:-
You can call 18008908900 to know the status, as per NDTV. Remember – You should dial IVR number from the number through which you booked the phone. Once you call IVR, all you need to do is just follow the instructions.

Jio handsets are being imported from Taiwan. These Jio phones will land at various locations in India, hence these locations may get the delivery first. Some of the locations where Jio phones will land first are – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
The Jio Phone has a 2 megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera. It will have a 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage with the option of expanding it to 128 GB using an SD card. The handset will come with a 2,000 mAh battery and will have a 2.4 inch screen.
